Vendor in Europe Cannot Ship to US

@All : Today I attempted to execute a purchase order with Poppers Aromas.EU (in France) and was informed that the business cannot currently ship orders to the US.
Does anyone have any valid information or updates regarding this situation?
Does this adverse situation appear to be a new policy that has been implemented by US Customs? If so, I would expect this ban on importing popper products from Europe will be permanent.
Can anyone recommend a US vendor that is an honest and reliable source for popper products, especially if they stock and sell popper formulas other than butyl nitrite?
