Does Teams allow popperbate? I know that Twitter X and Elon are open minded, but I thought that our Bill was more Po-faced and disapproving of bating, poppers, and pleasures of that kind? what do I know, I can't even operate the automatic robot vacuum cleaner, Everard and I were chased round the house last week by it! it speaks Chinese which gives us the chills. We ended hiding in the closet, not something we are used to!

what about privacy on Teams? like when you join what are the settings you need to deal with, Techbros always set things by default that you gotta go through and untick / disable or they harvest it and then give you advert!

If you live in a messy place, or leave your private papers laying around on the table, or whatever Teams have some cool options to prevent folks from eyeballing your environment. You can blur your complete background and only show your body, looks a bit sus though I guess? Then you can choose a theme background, just a color, or a super tidy apartment, or office etc. Or, you can make your own background from a photo! You can use Snap to make yourself look like a pig, or use OBS Studio to pixelate your face...of course you can use avatars too, well until next year...after-all things must always change, right? There are whole buildings (skyscrapers) or maybe now data-centers working 24/7 to change things that work. This means that once you get used to something, like it, know how it works, be sure it will get "updated" and you will have to start from scratch with the new "improved" version. I hate tech!

@Beorn good luck with that! you need to a supersonic nerd and have an Doctorate in linguistics to outsmart those internal click boxes. The language alone is tricky and open to misinterpretation, deliberately in my view. I gave up on that long ago, just accept you are a fodder for the avaricious insatiable data behemoth that is eating us all :-( On Teams: Settings > Privacy is where you start of course. Disable "Optional Connected Experiences", do not disturb with priority access, restrict screen sharing etc and whatever other confusing word soup you think might help. Good luck lol
